Hide Read Messages

Is it possible to hide messages which have been read in some form of view option? The only way I seem able to not see read messages is to delete them.

The content filter to hide message which have been read is implemented in the next release (v0.56.2).
It is a simple filter that hides whole threads which has been read. Not individual messages.
I hope this is what you have been looking for.

v0.56.2 will be released this week.

Please note that you can also remove all articles in a subscription (read or not) using the "Delete All" option in the context menu. Just in case you haven't noticed that feature 😀

Some usenet clients allow hiding of individual read messages, so maybe you could consider this option in a future release.

Messages are shown at two places.
1) After expanding a thread at the top panel.
2) In the left panel at the bottom.

Where would you like to hide the read messages?

My persona preference would be in the top panel but if other testers disagree I will give way!
