Right. I am not expecting that to be included any time soon... still other things which are far more important. But for me to be really happy with a news reader I want it to be able to show me all the posts with, say, my Usenet name or some other arbitrary word. I often want to look for an old (even if recent) post and being able to do so is a HUGE bonus. Even better if it can handle a large database so I can find older posts with that keyword (assuming, of course, I have been a part of the group over that time).
Sometimes I want it set so the posts are just highlighted (I can see them more in context) but it is fine if it is a separate search. Preferably savable... but if not, esp. in a 1.0 product, I would be fine with it.
