How to configure Smart Folders

I can’t seem to get them to work. I am trying to toss just the media files I download (and not the .JPG’s or other files) from Erotic Newsgroups to one folder and it never works 🙁

Any hints or tips to help me out ?

Here is how I have I set up:

These file extensions are probably not mentioned in the NZB title or download title. This is a requirement.
The extracted file names themselves are not used by the filter.
