- Thanks for the tip.
However, limited use when using my indexer NZBGeek as the source for my downloading of Ebooks.
Also does not identify automatically the type of files for SmartFolder autosorting commands. I will test further with name conventions of saved aggregate file to perhaps include key words that SmartFolder can then identify automatically in the Queue.
Isolating the need to prefetch small files like ebooks (usually 500kb to 5MB, rarely larger than 50MB) would Ideally solve the latency problem. Such files rarely have par files, just single small ebook file.
- Have also encountered a problem of uncompressing files of Ebooks via NZBGeek NZBs via Useapp.
The resulting file folder is empty except for two files
file_id.diz
ventolin.nfo
These are the nzb files. They all are posted by VENTOLiN.
K.A.Knight.Monstrous.Lies.Forgotten.City.Book.I.2022.RETAiL.ePub.eBook-VENTOLiN.nzb
K.A.Tucker.Wild.At.Heart.2020.RETAiL.ePub.eBook-VENTOLiN.nzb
K.Aten.The.Last.Scion.of.Ra.2022.RETAiL.ePub.eBook-VENTOLiN.nzb
K.B.Saint.Maple.Point.Mavericks.2022.RETAiL.ePub.eBook-VENTOLiN.nzb
Using Usnetic to download same files results in usually two folders per nzb, one with the ebook correctly present but not named correctly as the folder/nzb name, another with left over par file. Done much faster though than Usenapp.
Folder: K.A.Tucker.Wild.At.Heart.2020.RETAiL.ePub.eBook.3ce7c05-VENTOLiN.vol-01

I can only assume that the original compression and obfuscation method is different from other non-(-VENTOLiN) nzb files
Hopes this helps to improve automation function of Usenap.
