Add Age Filter To MegaSearch Favourites

When creating a MegaSearch query it would be helpful if there was also an “Age” filter added. For example, when creating a Favourite I would like to add an Age filter within my query such as the name of the query and age = 1 Day. So I would ONLY see 1 Days worth of MegaSearch data.

I know I can sort on Age once the complete MegaSearch list is retrieved but I’d prefer to sort on Name and only see 1 Day of results. Basically I’d ONLY see everything new from the last time viewed or said another way, yesterday.

I should have added this example before sending my first post above. This is a snip of how this feature is implemented in Newsleecher. Newsleecher calls Favourites “Bookmarks” but they both work the same way.

You can set the date filter to search for new articles since yesterday (or whatever time period you want to search).

Thanks Andre. I do understand that. So each day I need to change the date before performing my searches. If the day filter was included in the megasearch query there’s no action to be performed by the user before megasearching. I ask you to reconsider please.
