No button to subscribe

When adding a subscription you need to either double click (which makes the window go away) or right click. Would be better to have button (a plus perhaps) to allow you to more easily and visually add subscriptions.

I've been working on this, but it's kind of tricky when you start pressing 'a lot' on these subscription buttons at once. Even when the requests are queued, it's not quite stable.

It's a nice, but not required, so I'll put this aside and will pick it up for a future version.
