I’m loading headers for a newsgroup with millions of articles, 500k at a time, and after the headers are grouped, every time I try to selected and delete a few, things work OK. But if I want to delete all articles (e.g. 1M+) the spinning beach ball shows up and it sometimes sits there for several minutes before responding.
The same thing happens when switching between files and messages only.
This problem only gets worse the more headers have been downloaded. I’ve resorted to clearing all headers before clicking “more”, but it would be nice if the app was more efficient at handling large numbers of articles/files since that’s often the case when combing thru more popular newsgroups.
