Top right when editing, always there for me. Stretching the window shows the white rectangle is locked to the right edge and stays the same length all the time.
Only noticed it just now, build 334. This is in the Monterey beta.
This issue was not related to Monterey only. It's fixed in Usenapp v1.08.8
