The rewrapping issue for pasted text, should have been fixed in Usenapp v1.08.6 (Build 333)
Andre Thanks š
Andre Alan_B Also happened when I pasted from BBEdit. Will update and see how it goes.
Thanks.
Working fine now. Well done and thanks.
Snit OK, next challenge: the search in the articles no longer seems to exist. Neither Command F nor Edit > Find works (menu is grayed out). This is reading or editing.
Searching for text in the message reader/editor has been added to Usenapp v1.08.7
Andre Thank you!
Is there any way to allow for searching of a string across multiple downloaded posts?
With the old search you had I was able to at least hit Command G (find again) and then N (next post) and go through a couple dozen fairly quickly. The new UI does not make that as easy.
(Just tested ā seems the build in search is a lot faster than it used to be, or maybe I just have fewer articlesā¦ that might serve what I am looking for.)

What you probably mean is that Command-G should not focus on the search-box input, but on the reader so that pressing N becomes a command instead of a text input.
Iāll see whatās possible here.

For technical reasons it will remain as it is now. What you can do is, before using the ānā key, first press the ESC key. This will make the search box disappear and the other hotkeys will work again.
Andre Yes. Thanks for the better wording of what I was looking for. š
Still would love a āsmart folderā where I can do a search for, say, āmacOSā or āOS Xā and it would populate with my messages from a group. Not sure that is something you are considering adding, but I know it would be a benefit for me.
Andre
Means instead of Command G, N, Command G, N ā¦ I need to do Command G, enter, escape, N, Command G, enter, escape, N, ā¦.
Not quite as elegant, but also not something I use much. Thanks for looking into it.
Snit
It is: Command G, escape, N
Andre Without the āenterā it does not do the actual search, just shows the search field.

Then press Command-G again.
Andre Aha. That does work. Thanks.
