Unknown Dialog/Window after closing Usenapp

Hi. I'm using usenapp 1.07 and macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
After closing the app I detected a really small self-deleting Window/Dialog(?) on the Desktop.

Questions:
Is this dialog new in V1.07? (I never saw it before)
Why does it appear?
How about the "uk.comp.sys.mac"? I don't think, that I have a subscription for this news-group

Any explanations for this window?

In German we say "bleib gesund" (according to Corona)
so is it: "keep healty" in english?

It is required to optimize the database from time to time.
This always happens when the amount of deleted articles exceeded a certain value.

In v1.07 this value was ignored and the database was optimized after each shutdown. This has been fixed in v1.07.1

How about the "uk.comp.sys.mac"? I don't think, that I have a subscription for this news-group

The "uk.comp.sys.mac" was a default value for an empty text field. It was once used to test the width of the text field and should be removed after the test, which has not happened. It has now changed to "Waiting", which has always been the intention.
