From version 1.03 I must download and then double click the downloaded nzb to start a download. Previously the download just started automatically.
It's not entirely clear what feature you're talking about, but you'll likely need to tweak the NZB WatchFolder.
My preferences window looks a bit different. But ticking "Move single downloaded files to the download root folder" helped. Thanks!
