0.64.1 lost some window prefs

Very minor: My usenapp window size and the position of the split between top and bottom panels was lost on update. Thread sidebar size was kept, I think - I'd set it to the same width as the Subscriptions panel and it still was.

Is the bottom panel gone or did the size just changed?
In case it is gone does the icon at the right top helps?

Just the sizes - the whole window was smaller, and the horizontal split was higher than I use it and also higher proportionally.
Updating to 0.64.2 just now didn't do anything similar, all settings were preserved. Probably backburner this one unless anyone sees it again.
