Auto Download from Rules

Can there be an auto download feature added to rules to allow a rule to trigger the download of a message in a newsgroup.

for example in Unison (& apps like Agent):

but not in Usenapp (or if there is a way it's really not clear to me):

Hopefully to too difficult to implement passing the message to the download queue.
