0.91.4 (Build 261) Works well, but not perfect (on OS X, ElCapitan). I miss cancel and supersedes postings. 'Follow up to:' should be be displayed under the newsgroup line! And it should be possible to create rules with ‘follow up to‘! An translated to other languages, as German too.

I'm using a button for this to avoid using extra space in the header area of the GUI.

The "Followup-To" header field does not exist in the XOVER header. Usenapp is NOT fetching the full headers, but just the XOVER headers so that rule won't work.
