"Waiting for server response.." rather a lot

Hi,
I've not posted this under bugs, as it may easily be some problem with my setup, but I'm seeing this message very frequently compared to my old newsreader (MacSOUP). Sometimes it's only cured by quitting the app and restarting.

I can post a chunk of the log if it's helpful?

(this is using the news.individual.net server).

Yes, the log would be very helpful.
Please make sure to enable the "socket debugger" first (see below)
You can email the log to: usenapp@xoroxsoft.com

Don't forget to de-activate the "socket debugger" when no longer needed.
