I started Usenapp just now and it has picked some curious window sizing parameters:
It was running at more than double that size in X and Y before, and I hadn't posted or opened Prefs in that previous session so there shouldn't have been any other windows of any size to accidentally inherit from.
Heh - when stretching it out I notice it 'popped' to a larger size when I started to move the corner out. Turns out its minimum permitted size is quite a lot larger than the above so I can't even shrink it down to that small manually.
Did that happen on Big Sur?

Can't duplicate it, it always comes up same size and place as I left it. I've not even played games or resized the screen res, which would do this sort of thing under Windows sometimes.
The last used window properties are written to disk when you close that app. I goes that went wrong.
