First question:
As you can se in this pic, I very often use the rules in order to plonk all the trolls in the groups I subscribe. But the problem is that there's one troll that passes every time this rule (it's that in the bottom, and you can see his name also some day before today):

How can it be possible? The rule I always use is the standard one that automatically appears when I press "new rule by poster":

Second question:
If I hit the bar title (for example "rule name"), the lines should group themselves by name, but it doesn't happen. Is it normal? It is supposed to act like clicking the bar title in a normal folder on the computer or not?

Any minor change in the poster name or email address (even a space) will fail the rule that is using "Is equal to".
Sometimes it is better to use "Contains" on a part of the Poster name or email.

You mean sorting on name?

Sorting is disabled for a reason.
This has to do with the hierarchy of the rules.
For example, you may want to check first whether Rule #1 applies before applying Rule #2.
This hierarchy would be lost if you sort the Rules.

What you can do is move the Rules manually by drag & drop.
