I usually use MesNews, and it has an indispensable (for my needs) feature:

This option creates a constant and unique code inside the message-ID, that can not be faked or replied by other users/morphers. In this way, I am absolutely sure that no troll can use my name and look like it's me writing, as I say this special code in my signature to prove it. I hope the image in the reply to this post can better explain.

The first time you post something, you can go in the headers and look for this unchanging code. Than go in the signature option and write it. From this moment nobody can write something and fake your identity.
I didn't find any other newsreader that can do it. I hope Usenapp could do it.
(I hope I described it in a comprehensible way...)

Unfortunately not all news servers accept custom made msg-id's.

But I like the idea and I'm going to think about it.
