Yes, it is quite old and hardly being used anymore. There is also not much documentation available online. Only some old c-sources which I will study.
There are much better technics these days to include high quality images/avatars in messages and articles,
but since most newsreaders are from the stone age they do not support these techniques. So unfortunately it doesn't make much sense to build this in Usenapp.
